Hey everyone,
Today’s recipe is fried egg stuffed bun or Piroshki . Piroshki is a traditional Russian snacks, usually made from a yeast dough that can be stuffed with a wide range of different fillings and then fried until fluffy and golden.
and my son love this egg fillings piroshki…hope you guys also like this.

INGREDIENTS:

Egg – 4 boiled, chopped
Potato – 1 boiled, mashed
Spring onion – 6, chopped
Butter – 1/4 cup, hot and melted
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Pepper – 1/2 tsp

Bread dough and oil for frying.
If you want , you can also bake them in a pre-heated (180 degree Celcious) oven for about 15-20 minutes.
