Paneer Mushroom Salad:
Paneer(low fat)- 100 gm
Mushroom – 4
Butter – 1 tsp
Red pepper
Yellow pepper
Green pepper

Chilli flakes

Chickpea Salad:
Chickpea (soaked and boiled)- 1/2 cup
Grated carrot -1/3 cup
Tomato

Chat masala powder

Curd Salad:
Cabbage -1/2 cup
Carrot -1/2 cup
Onion
Tomato
Curd – 2 tbsp
Chat masala powder -1/2 tsp
Salt
Red chilli powder -1/4 tsp
Egg Salad:
Boiled Egg(without yolk) – 4
Red pepper
Green pepper
Yellow pepper
Cucumber
