I've always roasted mine; but I'll give it a try in the air fryer. Either way it doesn't take long to cook, the difficulty is in marrying the time up with other foods one is cooking; or t least it is for me. lol. 🙂
As other commenters said, I too am glad you are including more Air Fryer Recipes. For an "Old Geezer" (72 yrs) who lives alone – The Air Fryer makes cooking easy & quick with little clean-up afterwards. Ever since my son gave me one for Christmas, my menus has become more varied (and healthier).
