    I don't think he cooks very often.

    I use my carbon steel Wok daily and it gets heavy filled with food.

    My food requires quick heat
    Evenly distributed throughout the Wok.

    A handle on the end makes it easier to carry filled with food.

    An iron Wok is way too heavy

  2. While this is a good video, its not as good as claimed. I got one of these woks. While it was beautiful, I wasnt that impressed with it TBH. First off it is HEAVY. Im a strong guy but I needed two hands to move it around. plus I was worried about breaking my glass top stove. Heat retention is a BAD thing with woks. You need to be able to control the heat and move it to the sides to slow/stop cooking. This wok retains heat. While beautiful, it didnt perform any better than an inexpensive wok. When a friends neighbor who is actually is first generation chinese coming over on a boat, was asked about their woks and was told how much I spent on this one, their reply was "he must be a white guy. He crazy to spend that much. He needs an inexpensive wok." This is a person who cooks daily with one and has a butane wok burner on their dining table and cooks with it.
