SUPER delicious Roasted Garlic Mashed Cauliflower Recipe

Ingredients for this Roasted Garlic Mashed Cauliflower Recipe:

*2 heads of trimmed fresh cauliflower
*20 cloves of roasted garlic
*3 tablespoons of unsalted butter
*1/3 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese
*¼ cup of sour cream
*2 tablespoons of chopped chives
*sea salt and fresh cracked pepper to taste

Serves 6

Prep Time: 10 Minutes

Cook Time: 10 Mintues

Instructions:

1. In a large pot of boiling salted water cook the cauliflower until it is tender and cooked through out, about 8 minutes.
2. Add the cooked cauliflower to a food processor along with the roasted garlic cloves, butter, cheese, sour cream, and salt and pepper until it becomes smooth and resembled mashed potatoes.
3. Garnish with the chopped chives.
