Even if you make to 100 doors freeze no body gonna buy it…an utter flop 🤧 product…with no quality and life..
So Finally after almost 15 days of my complaint a call from Samsung agent by the name of Heena (introducing herself as last reporting manager) stating that I had made physical damage with sharp object in my freezer and therefore, cannot be compensated. Upon asking from where she concluded this reason or she had any proof then she contradicted her own statement & bluntly saying whatever the reason we will not compensate.
Soon @SamsungIndia and their blasphemous customer agent like Heena will learn the lesson to constantly tell lie and contradicting statements with their customers.
I'm going to throw their super poor @SamsungIndia refrigerator and post a YouTube video of entire experience of blasphemy from service center to hopeless customer service like Heena..so it will help other customers not to opt @SamsungIndia brand

I would avoid buying Samsung at all cost. Got myself refridgerator that makes sounds louder than my 21 year old refridgerator and customer service is simply terrible. They claim it is feature rather than bug and basicaly told me that they dont care at all about noise and my satisfaction. Feel free to Youtube it and think is this device something uou want in your house
