Rye Pretzel Rolls – Amazing

1 cup rye flour
2 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons potato flakes
2 tablespoons caraway seeds
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 tablespoons melted butter
1/4 cup dill pickle juice
1 cup water, warm to the touch
1 tablespoon instant yeast
Baking Soda bath raised rolls 30 seconds each side
8 cups water, boiling
1/2 cup baking soda
lower bath to simmer
Egg wash
1 egg
2 tablespoons water
sprinkling of coarse salt to finish
Bake at 375 F for 25 minutes
