I'm dealing with being strung along by Cuisinart-NA since February. And this is just a replacement saucepan. Their lifetime warranty is a joke. I have called them at least 20 times. They make promises, never followup, cancel replacement orders with no explanation and offer loads of empty apologies. They have no intention of honouring their warranty. Cuisinart are a joke. Sound familiar guys?

We bought an American style Samsung fridge freezer and it was a piece of junk. The ice maker broke, it stopped making ice, about 6 months after we go it and luckily it was unfixable so we got a full refund. Never again.
