RECIPE: (makes 18 mini croissants/feel free to make any croissants size you want)
250g All purpose flour or bread flour
20g Granulated sugar
6g Active dry yeast
175ml Warm water or warm milk
Pinch of salt
125g Unsalted Butter (in the video I worked with half the dough so the Butter square was about 63g)
For the Egg Wash:
1 Egg + 20ml milk
