Winter Garden at Deep South Texas
The winter garden is just getting started at Deep South Texas. I have been neglecting the garden for the last three months, but it is time to get back at it. Cabbages and onion seeds have been planted. Carrots are next. Time to harvest Moringa leaves, ginger, and turmeric. A lot of work remains in front of me, but I have a good start.
