Chocolate Buttercream Recipe
This chocolate buttercream recipe is easy and super delicious! The texture is so smooth, it’s not too sweet, you’ll love it! Perfect for icing cakes, cupcakes, filling macarons, anything you like!

Recipe:
1/2 cup Egg Whites (Approx 124g)
1 Cup Granulated Sugar (Approx 248g)
340g Unsalted Butter (1 1/2 Cups)
180g Chocolate to melt (I used Semisweet)
1 tsp Vanilla
Pinch of Salt
Tips:
1. Avoid using chocolate chips, they do not melt completely. The best option would be Baking Chocolate (Like this one
2. You can substitute melted chocolate with cocoa powder. In this case add about 1/4 to 1/3 cup of cocoa powder, don’t forget to sift it before adding.
3. Use good quality chocolate, it makes a difference!
