How to make Cookie Cups?
Made with Betty Crocker White Chip Macadamia Nut Cookie and Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie
Very easy! you can make these cookies using vegetable oil or butter.
Ingredients making for chocolate chip mix:1 stick of butter and 1 egg
for white chip macadamia mix:1/4 cup vegetable oil and adding 1 TB of water and 1 egg,
If you want to use butter you need to add just 1 stick of butter and 1 egg,butter It should be softened.
These cookies came out good, delicious nutty flavor with good amount of chocolate chip, crispy around the edges and chewy in the middle , if you want them to be crispier just bake them 1 or 2 min more and if you want them softer reduce the baking time . I bake them at 350 F for 14 minuets.
I bought these each for $1.99 at a Ralphs store.
