Try this Glazed Donuts!
Ingredients
Dough:
340g All-purpose/ Bread flour (2 1/4 cup)
10g Granulated Sugar (3/4 tbsp)
5g Instant Yeast (1 3/4 tsp)
2g Salt
1 large Egg ( 67g)
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
160g fresh milk (1/2 cup + 3 1/2 tbsp)
30 g butter, softened (2 tbsp)
For the Glaze
* 2 cups (240g) powdered sugar
* 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
* 3 tablespoons water/milk (need more for a runny glaze)
Others:
1/2 cup sugar for coating
2 cups oil for deep frying
