Easy Baguette Recipe – French Bread
7g (2¼ tsp) active dry yeast
250ml water
125g bread flour + 250g (total 375g)
1½ tsp salt
Water to spray to the dough and to put in the oven.
Preheat the oven at 250°C
Baking temp: 230°C
Baking time: 20 minutes
