Homemade Biscuits
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup White Lilly self rising flour
1 1/2 Tbsp baking powder
1 1/2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 1/2 sticks of cold butter or 12 Tbsp, grated
1 1/2 cups buttermilk
Sausage Gravy
1 lb breakfast sausage
1 tsp salt (can reduce to 1/2 tsp)
1/8 tsp red chili flakes
pinch poultry seasoning ( 1/16 tsp)
2 1/2 Tbsp flour
3 cups milk
