Comparing Three Different Kinds of Woodfired Ovens
If you’ve ever wondered what the differences are between the different kinds of woodfired oven, do watch this Woodfired Workshop where David will talk you through three different kinds – the traditional refractory oven, the modern metal oven and the cast iron oven.

He’ll be working with the ovens we use here at the woodfired cooking school – the Bushman Santorini, the Alfa 4 Pizze and the Morso Forno – but the principles are the same for the version of the different type you may have or might be considering getting.
