Creamy BLACK SAMBO SHOTS
Black Sambo is a two-layered gelatin, made of creamy milk and chocolate layer. How to make?
Here’s what you’ll need:
Cream Layer:
1 cup water
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (5-10g)
1 cup condensed milk (300g)
1 cup heavy cream (240g) you can use all purpose cream too
Chocolate Layer:
1 cup water
1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin (5-10g)
2 cups evap milk or fresh milk (400ml)
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (60g)
white chocolate shavings for toppings
