COCONUT SWEET BREAD/ COCONUT CAKE | recipe
2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup grated coconut
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
2/3 coconut milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
1 stick/ 1/2 cup melted butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup mixed fruits
1/2 cup raisins
extra fruit for toppings
glaze
1 tbsp water
1 tbsp brown sugar
