Hello there, Today’s recipe is Homemade mixed fruit jam without additional pectin. This jam recipe is an amazing dressing recipe that is loved by kids. Apply it on plain bread slices or use it as a topping on waffles, muffin and so on…!
Ingredients:
Mixed fruit puree – 4 cups (1000g)
Sugar – 2 and 1/2 cups (500 g)
Here I used, apple, mango, grapes, orange, pineapple, peach and pear. But You can choose your favorite or seasonal fruit. If you’re jam making for the first time, it’s best to start with high pectin types of fruit like Lemon, orange apples, cranberries, plums and quince. These fruits will naturally thicken easier when cooked with sugar, which is essential for good results.
