1/2 cup cream (120ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (5ml)
Base:
4 eggwhites
1/3 cup sugar (70g)
1 and 1/2 cup ground almonds (150g)
Topping:
1/2 cup almond flakes (50g)
