Professional chef instructor Frank Proto and experienced home cook Daniel are trading recipes and whipping up some ice cream sundaes. We set Daniel up with an over-the-top $178 worth of ingredients and Frank’s recipe while sending just 12 bucks worth of goods back to our esteemed expert. As is customary, food scientist Rose dialed in to assist Daniel in achieving Frank’s vision. How did his skills stack up against Frank’s decadent banana split recipe?
