Easy Pizza Dip! #shorts
A fantastic recipe for the last days of summer! So easy and delicious! For this recipe, I’ve partnered with Galbani Cheese to use their Italian Style Mozzarella Cheese, which melts up quickly and creates such an ooey gooey deliciousness to this dip! It’s an easy appetizer idea that always makes a great impression!

EASY PIZZA DIP
Serves 6
INGREDIENTS:
FOR DIP:
2 lbs Cherry Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Tsp Oregano
Salt and Pepper to Taste
1 garlic clove
FOR PIZZA BREAD:
1 store-bought Pizza Dough
Drizzle of Olive Oil
Cracked Pepper
1 Tbsp Fresh Rosemary, minced
TOPPING:
2 cups Galbani® Italian-Style Mozzarella Cheese
1 Tbsp fresh basil, julienned
METHOD:
Place tomatoes, olive oil, oregano, salt and pepper, and garlic in a 10” cast-iron skillet. Bake at 500F for 40 minutes, until tomatoes are soft and blistered. Set aside.
For pizza bread, roll out pizza dough, drizzle with olive oil, add cracked pepper and rosemary and bake at 500F for 10-15 minutes. Then slice into wedges or squares.
Place the block of mozzarella in the freezer for 10 minutes to firm up. Then grate 2 cups. Sprinkle the cheese on top of the tomatoes and place under the broiler for 1-3 minutes or until melted and bubbly. Add basil on top and serve with the pizza bread!
