HOW TO MAKE GREEN CREAMY MUSHROOM CHICKEN ENCHILADAS
Hi guys, welcome back i hope you guys enjoy these delicious Green Creamy Enchiladas. These were my favorite growing up because they are AMAZING.

INGREDIENTS:
15 tortillas
3 cups of shredded chicken
cheese
SAUCE:
1-2 cans of cream of mushroom (2nd can is optional)
1 cup of sour cream
6 tomatillos
3-4 serrano peppers
cilantro
HOW I COOK MY CHICKEN:
1/2-1 whole onion
4 garlic cloves
2 bay leaves
salt & pepper or you can use about 2-3 tbsp of chicken bouillon
Enough water to cover the chicken
Cook for about 45 minutes to 1 hour
