Ingredients:
Grapes-200 gm
Sugar- 4 tbsp
Water-1 ltr
Lemon juice-1/2 no
Salt-1/4 tsp
Method:
1. Clean and wash your grapes nicely and keep it aside
2. In a sauce pan add grapes and 1 liter of water and cover the lid and cook for 5 minutes
3. When grapes start leaving the skin remove the grapes from hot water and transfer it to ice cold water
4. Then remove the skin of the grapes and keep pulp aside
5. Now add that scraped skin into water by adding 4 tbsp sugar and boil further
6. Till mixture getting half the actual quantity
7. Check the sugar and add lemon juice and salt into it and give a good stir
8. Drain the juice and add the pulp to the juice and keep it in chiller till its become chilled
9. Serve it chilled
(You can enjoy this drink with pulp in it great for the summer and very refreshing and energetic for iftar)
