This fluffy and creamy scrambled eggs recipe with crème fraiche will be your best breakfast meal ever.
I am serving scrambled eggs with fresh French baguette, shiitake mushrooms and tomatoes on the vine. Don’t limit your imagination and serve your eggs the way you like with favorite vegetables or even fruits.

Ingredients:
2 pcs Shiitake mushrooms
5 pcs tomatoes on the vine
3 eggs
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp crème fraiche
1 tsp chives
French baguette

Instructions:
Constantly stir eggs on and off the heat while cooking the eggs. To make sure they don’t get overcooked (see the video for exact technique)
