Ingredients –
Chicken Marinade –
1.2Kg – Boneless Chicken Thigh, Diced
1 Cup – Plain Yogurt
2 Tbs – Minced Garlic
2 Tbs – Minced Ginger
4 tsp – Garam Masala Powder
2 tsp – Turmeric Powder
2 tsp – Cumin Powder
1 tsp – Red Chilli Powder (Optional)
2 tsp – Sea Salt
Tomato Gravy –
5 Tbs – Ghee
3 – Large Brown Onions, Thinly Sliced
3 Tbs – Minced Garlic
2 Tbs – Minced Ginger
3 tsp – Cumin Powder
3 tsp – Garam Masala Powder
2 12 tsp – Coriander Powder
1.2 kg – Diced Canned Tomatoes
1 tsp – Red Chilli Powder (Optional)
2 tsp – Sugar
1 34 Cups – Heavy Cream
Serve with Basmati Rice and or Naan Bread
Garnish with toasted Cashew Nuts
Note* – All spices have been toasted before adding them in to the sauce.
