3 super duper overripe banana
2 eggs
1 cup dark brown sugar (200g)
3/4 cup oil (180ml)
1/3 cup greek yogurt (100g) or milk
1 tsp vanilla paste or extract (5ml)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1 and 1/2 cup all purpose flour (190g)
1 tsp baking powder (5g)
1 tsp baking soda (5g)
1 tsp cinnamon powder (3g)
