Easy Fluffy CHOCOLATE CHIP BUNS

You’ll need
40 g of fresh yeast
5 tbsp of granulated sugar
200 ml of warm fresh milk
50 g of softened butter
2 eggs (set one of the yolks aside)
1 tsp of salt
2 tsp of vanilla sugar
4 cups of all purpose flour
1 cup of chocolate chips
Here’s how
1- Combine 40 g of fresh yeast with 5 tbsp of granulated sugar and 200 ml of warm fresh milk in a bowl and mix.
2- Add in 50 g of softened butter, 2 eggs (set one of the yolks aside), 1 tsp of salt and 2 tsp of vanilla sugar and continue mixing.
3- Add approximately 4 cups of all purpose flour gradually while kneading. Dough should be soft to the touch.
4- Set aside the dough for an hour to rise.
5- Add in 1 cup of chocolate chips and knead briefly.
6- Take pieces from the dough and roll into balls.
7- Place the balls on a parchment lined oven tray and brush with the set aside egg yolk.
8- Bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated at 180 °C.
9- Chocolate chip buns are ready to serve. Enjoy!
