Steamed Condensed Milk Cake Soft And Fluffy | No Mixer No Oven
Moist, Soft And Fluffy steamed Condensed Milk Cake.
Here’s what you’ll need:
3 eggs (separated)
1 cup sweetened condensed milk (300g)
¼ cup unsalted butter 50g (Softened or melted) If you use salted butter then skip the salt
1 teaspoon vanilla (5g)
1 cup all purpose flour (125g)
3 tablespoons cornstarch (25g)
2 tsp baking powder (10g)
½ tsp salt (3g)
You can either steam or bake this recipe. If baking, bake it in a preheated oven at 180°C for 25-30 minutes or depending on your oven’s specification. I showed steam bake method because not everyone have an oven and I got a lot of request for this process. I also showed in the video on how to whip egg whites manually, you have an option to use a hand mixer though 🙂
