Soft and fluffy Cream Cheese Buns. So pillowy soft that melts in your mouth.
Here’s what you’ll need:
all purpose flour 4 cups (500g) (I chose to knead inside the bowl to avoid adding more flour, you’ll be needing more flour if you knead on table or counter top)
sugar ¼ cup (50g)
instant yeast 2¼ tsp (should be 7g not 11g shown in the video)
salt 1 tsp (5g)
whole milk 1 cup (200g)
melted butter ½ cup (100g)
beaten eggs 2 large
cream cheese cubes
Notes for measurement:
1 cup all purpose flour = 125g
