AIR FRYER OR INSTANT POT | Which one is BETTER? HEALTHIER? (Plus an amazing coconut curry recipe)
We share our experience owning both an Instant Pot and Airfryer. We discuss how we use them, which one we use more, which one is healthier and of course we share a couple awesome recipes with you.
In the Instant Pot we show you how to make an amazing Coconut Curry and some crispy potato wedges in the Air Fryer.

Instant Pot Coconut Veggie Curry
(Makes about 4 servings, double recipe for more)
1/2 cup Green Split Peas
1/2 cup Green Lentils
1/2 cup White Rice
1/2 cup Red Lentil
(These can really be subbed for 2 cups of any dry bean or legume, cooking times may vary though)
3 Carrots )
1 cup Cauliflower
2 Sweet Potatoes
1-2 Bell Peppers
2 tsp Curry Powder
2 tsp Butter Chicken Seasoning
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Garlic Powder
.5 tsp Fenugreek
.5 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Better Than Bouillon
2 cups water
1 can light coconut milk (optional, if omitted add 1.5 cups extra cups of water)
1 tbsp maple syrup
First rinse the grains/legmues
Chop all veggies and place in InstantPot
Add in spices and liquids
Set for 9 minutes on Bean/Chili setting
