Ingredients
Preparation time: 40 minutes
Yield: 8 pieces
60 g of biological yeast;
200 g of sweetener;
1/2 package of whole wheat flour;
1 glass of warm water;
100 g of light butter;
Β½ can of diet condensed milk;
1 teaspoon of Panettone essence;
150 g of raisins;
Salt to taste;
2 eggs.
Preparation
In a bowl, combine yeast, sweetener, water and whole wheat flour. Stir well until these ingredients are completely dissolved and put to rest with a cloth covering the bowl for the dough to rise.
Then add the remaining ingredients and mix on a smooth surface lined with a little flour, knead and add the raisins.
Put it in a panettone pan or whatever you prefer. Bake for about 35 minutes at 180Β°C. Serve after cooling.
