Low Carb Cake Recipe Two Ingredient Brownie
Ingredients
2 whole eggs
100g chocolate 70% (or more) cocoa
crushed oilseeds (optional).
Preparation
Separate the yolks from the whites;
Beat the egg whites;
Melt chocolate in microwave or bain-marie;
Mix the chocolate with the yolks until you get a homogeneous mixture;
Add the snow whites (and optional ingredients β we’ll talk more about them below) to the mix;
Stir until you get a new homogeneous mixture;
Place the mixture in a greased tin;
Place in a preheated oven at medium temperature for about 20 to 30 minutes (check from time to time if it is time to remove from the oven);
Remove from oven, wait to cool, serve.
