TODAY’S RECIPE IS 1 Egg Lemon Cake In Fry Pan | Soft Spongy Lemon Cake Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Lemon
Squeeze the juice
One egg
Sugar 1/3 cup
Whisk until foamy texture
Oil 1/4 cup
Lemon zest 1/2 tsp
Mix well
All purpose flour 1/2 cup
Baking powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice + water 2 tbsp (each)
Non stick fry pan
Grease oil
Cover the lid hole
Place a tawa
Heat the tawa for 5 min on medium flame
After 5 min place the fry pan
Cook it ok medium low flame for 15-25 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
