Today I prepare tasty and healthy aloe vera juice. Its Bengali name is ‘Greeto Kumari’. Aloe vera is good for health, skin and leaver also. It has many healing properties from skin care to regulating a bodies digestive system. It use as medicine also. It has high entire anti-oxidants. It has many vitamin like vitamin-A, C, E, B12 and also enzyme. Stomach infection, stomach ulcer patient also use aloe vera. Treat burns frostbite, psoriasis, for conditions including Osteoarthritis, Bowel diseases and fever. Aloe vera juice can help with constipation. It also boots digestive health overall with enzymes to help in the breakdown of fats and sugars and can soothe irritation in the intestines. It can help to balance Acidic dietary habits. It can also help to prevent dehydration. Drinking Aloe vera can also help with Acne.
Cautions :
Aloe vera juice is not recommended for pregnant women, barest feeding women, during her menstrual cycle. Kidney diseases people could not take aloe vera juice. Which people have low blood pressure problem could not take aloe vera juice.

1. Aloe vera leaves 2 pcs. (8” length)
2. Black salt 1 tsp
3. Lemon 1 pcs
4. Ginger 2 pcs
5. Honey 2 tsp
6. Roasted Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder) 2 pinch
7. Black Pepper Powder 2 pinch
8. Some Water
