1 can white beans, rinsed and drained
¼ cup Greek yogurt
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ cup cucumber, peeled and seeded

Chipotle Black Bean Dip
1 can black beans, rinsed and drained
1-3 chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
1 tsp of taco seasoning (Recipe Here: https://bit.ly/1wsxSFY)
1 lime, juiced
fresh cilantro, to taste
olive oil
Curried Sweet Potato Hummus
1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 medium sweet potato, boiled or roasted
¼ cup Greek yogurt
1 tsp curry powder
fresh cilantro, to taste
salt and pepper, to taste
