Water – to wash and cook rice

Curd Rice – Fruit & Nut Recipe
Cooked Chawal – 1 ½ cup
Dahi – 1 ½ cup
Sugar – 1 – 1 ½ tsp
Black Pepper – 1/2 tsp
Chopped Apple – ½
Roasted Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Raisins – 2 tbsp
Chopped Coconut 2-3 tbsp
Pomegranate Seeds – 2-3 tbsp
Dried Mint – ½ tsp to garnish

Curd Rice – Crisp Vegetables Recipe
Cooked Chawal – 1 ½ cup
Curd – 1 ½ cup
Salt – as per taste
Sugar – 1 tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Chana Dal – 1 tsp
Peanuts – 1 tbsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Curry Leafs – 1 sprig
Onion – 1 small, fine chopped
Carrot – ½ small, fine chopped
Beans – 2, fine chopped
Sugar – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leafs – 1 tbsp
Salt – as per taste

Curd Rice – Tadka Flavor
Cooked Chawal – 1 ½ cup
Curd – 1 ½ cup
Sugar – 1 tsp
Salt – as per taste
Ghee – 1 ½ tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1 tsp
Chana Dal – 1 tsp
Urad Dal – 1 tsp
Hing – ¼ tsp
Dry Red Chilli – 2
Curry leaves – 1 sprig
Green Chilli – 2 slit

Instant Yeast – (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years)
Instant Yeast – (small pack)
Pizza Screen – (3 pack – 6,7,8 inches)
Parchment Paper – much better than butter paper, and it is reusable – C
Good NonStick Pan –
Whipping Cream – m
Oven For Baking – (28liter is good enough)
Microwave – (not good)
