⭕ Air Fryer S’mores Hand Pies
Cut 2, 9” pie crusts into 7 3.5″ circles in each sheet. Place 3 small Hershey’s chocolate bar squares on each circle (you’ll need 2 bars total). Add 6 mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate on each pie. Seal the top and bottom crusts together with water and then close shut w/ a fork. Spread an egg wash over the top and then some crushed graham cracker if desired. Air fry at 350F/176C for 6-8 minutes.

⭕ Air Fryer Blueberry Egg Rolls
12 Egg Roll Wrappers
2 cups of Blueberries
½ cup of Agave Nectar
1 tablespoon of Cornstarch
1 teaspoon of Lemon Zest
1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
2 tablespoon of Water
Combine blueberries, water, agave nectar, lemon zest/juice and cornstarch in sauce pan, stir well. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Reduce heat the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until berries start to break down and the sauce thickens. Keep aside to cool.
Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the lower end of the wrapper.
Roll up the wrapper and use a little water to seal the roll.
Place prepared rolls in air fryer basket and spray very lightly with oil. Cook at 370F/187C for 5 minutes.

Cathy, I am 76 and my wife is 74, I am confined to an elevating wheelchair. Using the Air Fryer oven allows me to cook at counter height while sitting in my chair. Your recipes have allowed me to cook for both of us. Thank you for sharing your talent with all of us.
I tried to make brownies in the silicone egg bites egg pan and it didn’t cook properly . I have a power xl air fryer . When looked up the instructions it said 350 for 20 minutes. What am I doing wrong?
