April Garden – What’s Growing at Deep South Texas
The garden season is in full swing in April at Deep South Texas. Most plants are flowering and putting on fruit. Onions, green beans, cucumbers, peppers, zucchini, and eggplants are all doing well. I am looking forward to a bountiful harvest this season. I even harvested a couple nice potatoes.
