¾ CUP OIL
½ CUP YOGURT
MIX UNTIL JAGGERY DISSOLVE
2 CUP WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR
1 TSP BAKING POWDER
½ TSP BAKING SODA
¼ TSP CINNAMON POWDER
SIEVE
MIX ½ CUP WATER (GRADUALLY)
MIX DRY FRUITS (ALMOND, CASHEW, DATES, WALNUT, RAISIN)
POUR INTO AN OIL GREASED MOULD
SPREAD DRY FRUITS (ALMOND, CASHEW, DATES, WALNUT, RAISINS)
PRE-HEAT THE PAN FOR 5 MIN.
PLACE THE MOULD
COOK FOR 35-40 MIN. IN LOW MEDIUM HEAT
CAKE IS READY, COOL COMPLETELY
CLEAR THE EDGES & REMOVE
CUT IN TO PIECES
