Bakery Style Sausage Cheese Bread
How to make quick and easy Sausage Cheese Roll that is so yummy. This bread is my children’s favorite and I’ve been doing this for years. I’m gonna share this easy recipe with you today.
Here’s what you’ll need:
1 cup warm milk (250ml)
1 large egg
3 tbsps sugar (35g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
2 tsps instant yeast (6g)
3 and 1/4 cups bread flour (410g) or all purpose flour
1/4 cup butter (55g)
300 grams Cocktail Sausages (Cooked) I steamed mine for 10 minutes.
100 grams shredded Mozzarella
