In this video, I will show you how to make delicious oatmeal cookies. These cookies are soft on the inside and everything that a cookie should be. They are SO easy to make. YUM!
+Ingredients
Wet Ingredients
1 cup soft unsalted butter
1 cup brown sugar, packed (light or dark)
½ cup cane sugar
1 egg + 1 yolk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp maple syrup
Dry Ingredients
1 cup all-purpose flour
½ cup self rising flour
pinch of baking soda
pinch of salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground cloves
¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
Add to Dry Ingredients last
2 cups instant oats (raw)
¼ cup raisins (optional)
Makes about 24 small cookies
