½ orange juice
Salt and black pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Tempura batter:
2 eggs
1 cup flour
¾ cup cold water
1 cup corn starch
Orange chicken sauce:
4 garlic cloves
1tbsp ginger
1 red chili pepper
2 tbsp rice wine
2 tbsp white sugar
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp orange zest
½ cup orange juice (1 orange)
¼ cup soy sauce
½ tsp Chinese five spice
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
1 tsp corn starch
1 tsp water
