In this video, we’ll make a Tuscan soup similar to Olive Gardens Zuppa Toscana. You can use turkey bacon, pork bacon, or pork bacon bits in the version with bacon. YUM!

+Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil
1 lb Italian sausage (I used Italian Chicken sausage)
4 slices turkey bacon (optional)
1 cup chopped yellow onion
4 cloves garlic (minced)
4 cups broth (chicken, beef, vegetable)
1 cup water
4-5 potatoes
1 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp fennel seeds, ground crushed
1 tsp sea salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cup packed chopped kale
2 cups heavy cream
+Garnish
Shredded cheese
Garlic breadstick
