Big Changes in January Garden
I started changing out my wood raised beds with metal beds the 1st week of January. Also switching these beds over to drip irrigation. In the middle of the project, Deep South Texas experienced about 10 days of cold rainy weather. The project was put on hold and I covered the banana trees as best I could. Everything survived just fine. Tomato and pepper seeds were started on January 2nd. These have now been potted up. They will harden off for 7 to 10 days and then be planted in the garden. Crossing my fingers that all the cold weather will be gone by then,
