Quick and Easy Low Carb / Keto Griddle Recipe, the secret is in the simple sauce! Thanks to my son-in-law for leaving one of the ingredients at the house that I used to make it.
Time to Complete: 30 mins

– 1 lb – Thinly sliced beef of your choice (I used Sirlion).
– 1 package – Sliced Mushrooms
– 1 Bell pepper – I like to use one with a little color for sweetness (other than green)
– All-Seasoning (Lawry’s) to taste
– Misson Low Carb Tortilla’s – (love these!)
Cook all ingredients to a safe and desired level of doneness.
Wrap ingredients and sauce in a tortilla and enjoy!
Simple Sauce:
– 2 Tablespoons of Mayo
– 2 Teaspoons of Ketchup (Be careful with Ketchup to stay low carb)
– 1 Teaspoon of Chalula for a little Heat!
