Hey yall. The kids and I were blessed to do a meat stock up haul. I tell you that the Lord blessed us. Whew. So thankful. This will keep us for another 6 weeks for sure. I buy most of my chicken/meat at shop rite also. I find they have the best prices on chicken
We buy all our meat in bulk (usually from Costco) and put in our food saver in amounts for my husband and I. Then I have bins for each type of meat ie pork, beef, chicken, fish. Then I take an inventory of all our items on a biweekly basis so I don't buy meat unless a category goes low or I find a really good price.
Remember to save all your bones and make some stock from the chicken.
