Boondi Laddu
INGREDIENTS:
Chickpea flour – 500gms
Water – as required
Oil – as required
Sugar – 500 gms
Ghee – 2 tsp
Cardamom powder – 2 tsp
Directions:
Take chickpea flour in a bowl, water mix it well likes bajji batter consistency.
Deep fry the boondhi in hot oil in golden color. Transfer into a plate.
Heat in a pan add sugar, water boiled it and adds saffron color, cardamom powder, boondi mix it and add fried cashew nuts, raisins, rack sugar, ghee mix it well and Cool it.
Apply ghee in your hands, make small dumplings. Laddu is ready.
Homemade sweet recipe Boodi Laddu is ready to serve.
