Brownie Bowl Ice Cream Sundae Recipe
Servings: 6
1 box brownie mix, batter prepared according to package directions
3 cups vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp chocolate sauce
1/2 cup prepared whipped cream
6 maraschino cherries
Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
Grease a 6-cup muffin tin. Scoop some of the batter into each cup, filling it about two-thirds of the way. Bake the brownies until they are just set, about 20 to 25 minutes. While the brownies are still warm, grease the bottom of a small glass. Gently press the glass into the center of each brownie to create a well. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the refrigerator.
Once chilled, remove the brownies form the tin and fill them with ice cream. Top them with some chocolate sauce, whipped cream, and a maraschino cherry.
Serve immediately.
Creamy Iced Mocha Recipe
Servings: 2
2 cups ice
2 cups brewed coffee, chilled
2 cups vanilla ice cream
2 tbsp chocolate sauce
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup prepared whipped cream
Add the ice, coffee, ice cream, chocolate sauce, and vanilla extract to a blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Serve immediately topped with some whipped cream and more chocolate sauce.
