For dough
3 cups All purpose flour
1 Tbsp Yeast
1 Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tbsp Salt, or to taste
3 Tbsp Yogurt (optional)
3 Tbsp Olive oil
1/2 cup Warm water
For filling
50g soft butter
2 cloves of garlic
1 triangle spreadable cheese (optional)
3 Tablespoon roughly chopped parsley
3 Tablespoon parmesan cheese (optional)
1 Cup Mozzarella Cheese
